How long will the web design project take?

We deliver custom products that meet our client’s every request. The time it takes to deliver those products completely depends on the requests we receive. When we work with your business, we always work with a sense of urgency. But we will never sacrifice quality just to meet timetables. When you receive your quote from us, you will also receive an estimated time to complete the project. We will always keep you in the loop during design and development – no surprises. We promise.

Do I have to host with you?

We do not require that you host your website with us. There are benefits to hosting with us – such as preferred pricing, premium technical support, and combined billing – but we can work with whatever hosting provider you currently use. Just know that we’ll be ready to transfer your existing hosting to our hosting when you’re ready.

What if I need changes in the future?

We provide thorough documentation to you on how to manage your site and add/change content. Many of our clients, though, opt to keeps us on a monthly maintenance retainer so that we can do that for you. That let’s you focus on what you’re good at – running your business – and let’s us focus on what we’re good at – running your site. And you can combine that service with our SEO service to really give your site the premium treatment it deserves.
